The following is performed during a preventive retinue examination. (8 -12 hours fasting required)
Blood Pressure Reading Complete Blood Count Urine Analysis (UA) Comprehensive Body Chemistry (CMP) Cholesterol Test ( Lipid) Diabetes Test (Blood Sugar or Glucose Levels) Hemoglobin A1c (If you are already being treated for Diabetes) Body Mass Index (BMI) - Know Your Ideal Weight EKG or ECG (If you are experiencing chest pain or discomfort, irregular heart beats, palpitations or have high cholesterol) Osteoporosis Test - Bone Fracture Risk Assessment (If you are over 50yrs old or post menopause or have family history of bone fracture) 15 Minutes Consultation with a Board Certified Physician / Prescriptions The following comprehensive and advanced examinations may be added based on your response or on the outcome of the above preventive retine examinations.
